Maintenance
An air conditioning service allows your unit to function safely and effectively. Avoid common household allergens with a scheduled filter clean/replacement and coil cleaning. Not only will we keep everything running at full capacity but we will offer insight on what you can do to keep your unit maintained and operating efficiently between visits.
Breakdown and Repairs
Breakdowns unfortunately do happen, usually when it is least convenient. Replacing the unit is not always essential or the most cost effective solution. We will provide a thorough exam before advising the best course of action. Our skilled technicians can both repair and install units, based on what is required.

You should have your systems serviced right before each cooling and heating season starts. As a rule of thumb, every six months.
Keep external windows and doors closed, unless of course you have an evaporative system that requires air flow to work effectively. Start the A/C unit before the temperature gets too hot and the system has to work overtime to cool the house down. Run your system at the optimal temperature of 24*c (putting it on a lower temperature will not cool the room faster). If you have a ducted system, only run the zones that are being occupied and close the doors to the rooms that are not being used. Have the system serviced regularly to ensure it is running efficiently & not working harder than it needs too.
